Breakfast - Millyard House - Bed & Breakfast, Wooler - Northumberland

Special Offer: 3 nights for the price of 2 until the end of March 2014 (Direct Bookings Only)

Breakfast is a major part of your stay. Wherever possible we will use only locally sourced high quality product. In this way we cut down on food miles and support our local community, it’s fragile economy and the environment.

Traditionally home cured bacon, black pudding and rare breed pork sausages are bought from local butchers who are themselves supplied mainly by local producers. The sausages are from happy rare breed pigs on Huntinghall Farm near Holy Island.

Eggs are Free Range. Jam is made by Ginny, Honey is made by the local bees as long as they are in the mood

Kippers will usually be from one of the world famous local smokehouses if available.

We make our own bread and even the muffins that go into the Eggs Benedict are made by Ginny’s fair hand.

Please let us know of any special dietary requirements when you book your stay.
